Where a minor takes part in a class (for example, youth sports), it is arranged and supervised by the responsible adult, who is accountable for the minor's participation and consent. If you believe a minor has given us personal data without proper consent, contact admin@latio.app and we will delete it.
Coaches are independent providers and are responsible for meeting the child-safety and safeguarding obligations that apply to their activities.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected.
