How do I create an account?

Download the Latio app and sign up with your email or phone number. Setting up your profile takes less than a minute.

How do I book a class?

Open a coach's profile, choose an available time, and confirm. You'll pay securely in the app and receive a confirmation right away.

How do payments work?

Payments are handled securely inside the app. You're charged when you book a class, and you receive a receipt for every transaction.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Cancellation windows depend on each coach's policy, which is shown before you confirm a booking. Contact us if you need help with a specific case.

How do I become a coach on Latio?

Reach out using the form above or join early access as a coach. We'll walk you through verification so you can start publishing classes.

How do I delete my account or data?

Email us from the address linked to your account and we'll process your request, including deletion of your personal data, in line with our Privacy Policy.
