Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Latio.
Minors may only take part through a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf and is responsible for their participation.
You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
The service
Latio is a platform that connects players with independent sports coaches and classes. Coaches are independent providers, not employees of Latio.
We do our best to verify coaches and keep listings accurate, but we are not responsible for the conduct of coaches or players or the quality of any class.
Bookings and payments
When you book a class, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Wompi (Bancolombia); Latio never stores your full card details.
Latio is a marketplace that connects you with independent coaches — the class itself is provided by the coach, not by Latio.
Each coach sets their own cancellation and refund policy, shown before you confirm a booking. Refunds, where they apply, are returned through the original payment method.
User conduct
You agree to use Latio lawfully and respectfully. You may not harass other users, post false or misleading content, or use the service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or put the community at risk.
Coaches
If you offer classes as a coach, you are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, the safety of your classes, and complying with applicable laws, licenses, and taxes.
Intellectual property
Latio and its content, logos, and software are owned by Latio and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.
Disclaimers
Latio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Participating in sports carries inherent risks, and you take part at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Latio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect the service or its users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Latio after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
